Alan Titchmarsh introduces us to the 7th series of Love Your Garden which was first aired on 21 June 2017.
Alan is again joined by his trusty team of David Domoney, Katie Rushworth and Frances Tophill.
Love Your Garden Series 7 brings the usual memorable gardens and memorable recipients and one of the most memorable of all time are Salford Twins, Rita and Betty Mills.
The 87 year old Twins had spent there lives fundraising for Salford Cathedral amongst other things and had recently moved to a Bungalow with a concrete garden.
The Team transformed it from an unsafe concrete yard to a cottage Garden for the Twins to enjoy their time outside.
Other Garden Makeover recipients include Gina Constable who raised money for her local Air Ambulance in Shrewsbury had a Japanese inspired Tea House made out of her shed in her garden.
This series featured Love Your Garden most unusual location for a garden, Blackpool zoo!
Assistant Head Keeper Johnpaul was surprised by Alan and their transformation of a grass area into a garden for the Keepers and Staff to have their breaks in.
Summer thunderstorms did not stop the team and the finished garden included a Gazebo, seating, Barbeque area and an amazing firepit.
The series follows the usual format of Love Your Garden with Alan Titchmarsh surprising the lucky garden recipient and the Team and Contractors complete the garden within a tight timeframe.
With a large team of Contractors and a big budget, the gardens are tailored to the needs of the recipient and always include some special touches.
