Beechgrove Gardens in Winter 2023 is the second series of the seasonal spin off of Beechgrove Gardens and was first shown on BBC Scotland on Thursday 2 November 2023.
This is to be repeated on the Friday Night and Sunday Morning slot on BBC2 and will also be available on the BBC iplayer.
Returning for the Winter Special are presenters Carole Baxter as well as George Anderson, Brian Cunningham, Kirsty Wilson, Calum Clunie, Diana Yates, Lizzie Schofield and Head Gardener Scott Smith
The series will run for 4 episodes and cover preparing your garden for Winter and all the garden tasks that need doing at this time of year.
From Winter pruning, to insulating your greenhouse and Evergreen shrubs to make the borders look good all Winter.
The presenters will be passing on their gardening tips and knowledge to beginners or the more experienced Gardeners.
Calum will show us what is happening on the Allotment at this time of year and Lizzie will show us some Christmas Decorations we can make from the garden.
It will also cover helping Wildlife in the garden in Winter by showing how to build a simple Bug Hotel.
There will also be visits to Gardens across Scotland to show them at a different season.
Beechgrove in Winter is a welcome return to the Television Gardening schedule at a time when some of us are putting our gardens to bed for the Winter and some Gardeners are still keen to make the most of the weather and prepare the garden for the next growing season.
